What presents made the best? That would definitely be something that comes from the heart of a friend.

Today I received the best birthday present I received from this 11 years friend, Hazel. Thou its a very belated present from her but it seriously touches my heart.

I knew she was going to draw a pair of shoe for me, but never had it come across my mind that she was going to draw Sentimental Circus for me. I guess she mentioned it before, but I didn't catch it back then.

When I remove this pair of shoe from the shoebox, it surprises me seeing Toto on the shoe! Omo! XD

A hand-drawn present is already touching enough, but what's even more touching is she knows what I like and paid the effort to draw it for me. And I sincerely love it a lot!

Reunion

Was suppose to bring my thumbdrive to copy the Staff Day 2012 photos taken by the photographers engaged by the company so that I could upload them for a blog post.

But unfortunately my teeny weeny brain totally forgotten about it. Not only so, I also forgotten to bring the mandarin oranges I got at work back home for house visiting today! Omo! T^T

Since I forgot about the Staff Day 2012, I shall blog about my Chinese New Year! ^^

Chinese New Year is a festive season I always look forward to. Not because of the joyous atmosphere, nor the chance where we can give ourselves another excuse to shop for new clothes. What I love about CNY is because of the reunion dinner, a chance for our family to gather once in a year.

I think a lot of people who leave their families at a young age to work or study will have the same thought and treasure the chance of such reunion chances.

Unfortunately, ever since last year its hard to get a chance for all the 6 family members to reunion. :(

Last year, my mum was not able to travel back to Malaysia due to such immigration issues. Thus all of us excluding my dad stayed in the small rented flat and ate our reunion dinner.

This year, my mum needs to work thus again we had to decide whether we should spend it in Malaysia with dad, or in Singapore with mum.

Since my mum needs to work and we had already agreed to go back to Malaysia, thus this year we gonna spend it with dad. But somehow my lazy brother ends up lazy to make this trip back to Malaysia. ㅡㅡ"

Therefore the reunion dinner for this dragon year only have 4 members from my family.

Enough of being emotional over this festive season which suppose to be a joyous one.
As usual, always its time for some photos to end a negative post.

Brought my polaroid camera back to Malaysia and almost thought there's no chance to use it. But alas before we set off back to Singapore, we manage to snap some polaroid. Yay! XD

Look at the photos I "cope" from my sister, SZ. Seems like my photo taking style is quite similar to my dad coz we both doesn't show our teeth when taking photos. And both my sisters are always smile with their teeth. Lol.

토요일 저는 하고 제 언니 슈퍼마켓 갔어요. 이번도 물건을 많아 샀어요.

지난 주 물건을 많아 샀어요. 그래서 지금 돈이 없었어요. 어휴~ 울고 싶어해요. ㅜㅜ

Mask-querade

Yesterday was my company annual event, the Staff Day 2012.

What is Staff Day? Staff Day is like Dinner & Dance except that it's not held at a hotel or restaurant. There is no course meal, only buffet. A lot more like an event where the company staffs gather and for you to have fun.

Well, in another words, Staff Day is a more "budgeted" version of D&D. ㅡㅡ"

Last year it was held at Sentosa Wavehouse, and this year? Mana Mana Beach Club @East Coast Park.

Brought my camera but didn't took any pictures. The department had become so unfamiliar to me that it will just look so strange for me to go around taking pictures.

Anyway, this year prizes doesn't seems too attractive. We used to have cash prizes (max up to 2k cash). But due to some company policy, we are not allowed to have cash prizes! T^T

The first prize is always one business class ticket to US which I wonder who would be happy to receive that. Definitely not for me. :)
The 2nd prize which used to be 2k cash was now 2 tickets to Milan (￣^￣)ゞ. And the 3rd & 4th prize (iPad2 32 & 16gb) are what I consider as top prizes, but it wasn't won by me! Boohoo!

This year I got the 37th prizes! At least I make it to the top 40! And I got a $100 Takashimaya vouchers! Not what I wanted but better than nothing!

And Mini was even luckier coz she got what she wanted from the list of lucky draw! So heng one!

Initially I was quite disappointed for getting the Taka vouchers instead of Capita Malls one. Thought I could have use them to buy Sentimental Circus stuffs and Taka is like so damn inconvenient! But earlier I went to Taka and surprisingly they do have Sentimental Circus stuffs too! Yay! Thou the range is quite l'il and I only manage to get 2 items with a $10 vouchers.

Shall go shop again some other day! Bbyong~

Poker Face

Not sleeping despite feeling tired coz there is something I am still mad about. And I do not want to spend too many tweets ranting about it.

SERIOUSLY I HATE PEOPLE PUTTING WORDS INTO MY MOUTH!

Firstly, I think and am definitely sure that I have a mouth of my own and I do not need any other people to open their great mouth to speak up for me.

I strongly believe that if there's anything that needs to be asked, I will use my own mouth. Same goes for anything I want to comment.

Today at dinner..

My team mate was telling me about a portion of the choreo where there is some dance steps on the actual choreo but our dance teacher taught us to hold there. I told her I noticed it too.

She then told me she asked our dance teacher and our teacher said that its because she taught us the portion of whoever singer who are singing the part. For this I clarified with her at least twice asking whether she meant she already asked the dance teacher.

And so I told her, "Oh. But maybe we could add in ourselves since we are doing as a group. Maybe after we learned the entire song we can asked the vocal teacher to see which part to assign for who first." She agrees with me.

Then I added on, "But if only one person do that choreo (coz the other one who sings that part don't need to do it) then will be very weird. See how first." The conversation ended here but I vaguely remembers that she agrees to my last sentence.

Later at the school..

We were talking to both our dance and vocal teacher about her audition this week. She suddenly told our dance instructor I have something to ask and turned to me initiating me to start the questions. -inserts poker face-

My face were blank. And she said, "You say you want to ask about the choreo what?" Fuck you. Since when did I say that? You are the one who said you already asked. Why is it me now??!!!

I told her that she's the one who wanted to ask, not me. But she continues to deny and says I am the one who said that I want to do the missing steps. ㅡㅡ"

I reminded her of what I had said and asked if she remembers I was saying to ask the vocal teacher to assign the part first. She replied, "Aiyah! Anyway they both still need to discuss and decide before assigning the parts what. So just ask first lah." "The problem is I never want to ask what!"

There was silence after this conversation or perhaps I should call it an argument which lasted for a couple of minutes. And both our teachers just walked away to do their own stuffs.

I was angry. Frankly speaking this is sucha disgrace for us and rude to got them into such embarrassment.

I would also like to highlight that during this conversation I asked her, "I thought you said you already asked her". She shake her head with an hue me a what are you talking about face, which was when I simply just don't bother to talk to her.

For goodness sake, there wasn't even once where I have query to the choreo for the past one year I have been taking dance class from the school. I am just the same old 'easy-going' me who accepts everything.

Maybe this may sounds like a small issue and I'm kicking up a big fuss. But this is not the first time she did this to me!

Once, she asked if I wanted to take Sing & Dance class with our current school (we were under another vocal trainer that time). I told her I don't mind to take but that is if our teacher allows us to learn from another vocal teacher.

The next day..

"Vocal trainer, Chaerin got something to ask you." -inserts poker face-

I juz kept quiet coz I do not wish to make a scene.

The other time when our vocal trainer praise us for dressing up and say this is how we should dressed. She whispered (to me), "But today trainer not dressed up nicely." i purely gave a a dry smile without any comment and she look up she told the trainer, "Chaerin say but you are not dressed nicely today." -inserts poker face-

I say. Very funny. I was totally speechless and as usual forced to suffer bitterly in silence.

Where got people like this one?

I am serious about this taboo of mine.

This simply reminded me the time where I was boycotted by the group of friends I stick with during my high school times where this bitch told the girl who has the most influence that I badmouthed her. But all this while I merely lend my listening ear to that bitch who is complaining about the girl who always bullied her. And bam! I'm out from the group and she's in. T^T

Haiz.....

Probably gonna stop taking lessons with her after completing the song we are doing now.

Friends Come and Go?

Just got to know 2 of my friends just had their wedding dinner today from a few other friends who posted on fb. Congratulations! But great, not invited again. :/

Maybe I am just being sensitive. But since we rarely meetup and keep in touch, its quite reasonable for not getting invited. But guess what? It happens that I am not in her fb friend list anymore. O_o!!

Whatever did I done to get myself a friend lesser again?

Perhaps being friends means meeting up and getting in touch often. And juz coz I had not been meeting the group of bikers, it means I am no longer a friend?

Whatever it is, the life is yours and there's nothing I can do about it.

Here I would like to tell all my friends, even if I do not find a time to meet you, it does not means I do not treat you all as a friend ok.

Happy Feet 2 - Roly Poly

Finally my last MV class - Roly Poly had ended yesterday. ㅜㅜ

8 lessons for a single song seems pretty long, but at the same time I am surprise that its long enough for us to learn the complete choreo of the entire song. Cool!

Knew that the picture resolution gonna sucks from the photo snapped from my iphone. But luckily I had gotten the photos snapped from my fellow student from the same class. ^^"

Roly Poly was a fun class and also a class where I put in the most effort coz I was quite hardworking, ahem, practicing at home. Otherwise what would have get me remembering the entire choreo with my pea brain. Lolol.

And also maybe I have my sister whom joined the same class to dance along with me at home! XD

Not to forget my dance teacher, Yuzhen, who made the class real fun. 유진 선생님 진심 감사합니다. ^^

Anyway, this gonna call it a temporarily stop to my dance class at CJ coz there isn't much new MV I'm keen with. And this is definitely gonna make my next few weeks a boring one! Boohoo!

On the happier note, I am having my Sing & Dance class with CJ now and later I am gonna have my 1st vocal lesson with them! Nervous max!

Previously I dreaded taking vocal classes coz I seriously disgusted by my own singing. Especially after taking complimentary vocal lessons with a private trainer for almost year but I personally think had not improved and couldn't get the techniques right. Thou I have been told that I had improved over this few month of trainings. -Shrugs-

This time giving myself a new task (also what I had wanted) a try. And hopefully I am able to get hold and benefits myself from the vocal trainings from CJ instead.

Looking forward to be able to sing and dance! Jiayou!

Isetan Private Sale

Omo! Juz got myself to the Isetan Private Sale @Orchard Scotts on a crowded Friday night!

Never in my life had I went to a private sale before coz I dreaded crowds. And surprisingly this sale not only have tons of people, but most were families with noisy kids and aunties! ㅡㅡ"

Despite knowing the situation I will land myself in, I still brave myself there coz of the 20% discount for all Sentimental Circus stuffs. (Traits of me being an auntie ^^")

Look at the long receipt! This is gonna be the longest receipt I ever had! Even longer than a 30cm ruler! Lol!

I sounded so ridiculously happy when I just emptied my pockets! Aigoo!

Nevertheless this is gonna save me tons of bucks since I'm going to get those stuffs anyway! Hurray to my shopping outcome today! Whee~ XD

Every year for my birthday, I will get myself a birthday gift as a consolation. Ahh! You caught me, this is juz bullshit coz I always go out there getting stuffs for myself. Keke. ^^"

Anyway, I had started to get pretty interested with Shappo, a rabbit from Sentimental Circus, by San-X, ever since I came across it. And soon enough, I am already starting the collection. XD

I always like rabbit characters. :)

Every year when it comes to my birthday, I will always expect a surprise from Mini. Oh wait, its only the 2nd year where we started to get closer. But well, she never fails to shower me with love! Keke. ^^"

Five days prior to my birthday, I am already receiving birthday prezzies from her. All becoz I told her I should expect birthday prez from her from 5 days onwards before my actual day, which was supposedly meant to be a joke. But omo! She really kept that in mind and make it come true. One similes I always uses, as silly as mini. X)

I don't actually remembers how I got this prez from her. It was so random and its quite common for us to give each other gifts. Thus it did not came to my mind that it was actually my birthday gift.

Day 1 - Thursday, 13th October 2011

That day when I went shopping for "my birthday gift" with Mini, saw this Shappo plushie hugging a Toto and said I want to steal the Toto away. Of course I didn't and this is why I'm getting one for my birthday! ^^~

I was guessing that it was either a rabbit or a bear (Korilakkuma) in it. But after her cheekly taunt on my incorrect guess, I told her I don't want it! Meh! I'm so bad!

She told me to open it up and return it to her. Well, I did so but quickly stuff Toto into my pocket, then re-wrapped the present and shove it back to her. She was shocked and thought I already own a Toto (probably she thot I went back to steal the Toto). And yeah, I already own a Toto when I found it inside the wrapper. Lol! We ended up surprising each other.

Day 2 - Friday, 14th October 2011

Mini was busy on day 2 and so I brought lunch to her office to have lunch with her. But she stop me from entering her office coz she doing something sneaky. ㅡㅡ"So I waited for her at the pantry and she appeared with this Sentimental Circus paper bag!

Was actually thinking what I could use to put this pouch into good use. Eventually thought to keep all those small Shappo I have, but Mini suggested I could use it as my camera pouch. Quite stupid of me to not think of it since my previous camera pouch was quite small.

And this gave me an idea to store my Sentimental Circus tags in the love box I got on Day 1 which was used to hide Toto.

Since I won't be seeing Mini on Sunday, I told her she have to gimme my both my Saturday and Sunday prez. And as usual, she took my words seriously.

Actual Day - Tuesday, 18th October 2011

On Monday past midnight, Meow asked if I want her to bring me to Night Safari (ㅡㅡ") or give me an ang pow for my birthday prez. But I told her I want a Shappo hug Toto plushie! After showing her the Shappo my sis gave me and the Toto Mini gave me, she agreed to get one for me. Yay! XD

And so she asked me to wake her up later before I go out for work and she will go get it before she starts work in the afternoon. Hajiman!!! She didn't wake up the next day despite calling her a few times! ㅜㅜ Thus I juz left her to sleep.

I slept very early on Monday, prolly coz I was sad that I am not going to get the Shappo hug Toto plushie today. Juz joking. I was juz too tired. Bleah!

Woke up very early on Tuesday morning coz I needa wake my brother up. And when I turn my head out from my brother's room, I was shock by something on my desk!

Everyday I shock, shock! Every night I shock, shock!

Eventually I thought I won't be getting it on my birthday since Meow didn't wake up when I leave the house earlier that day. I seriously thought she won't wake up juz to get me a Shappo, but she actually told me she woke up right after I left the house. Sweet! ^^

9:06AM! Officially my 25th birthday!

When I reach office, another Shappo awaits for me. Not from Mini thou, but from a warehouse guy whom was quite close to me at work. Don't think wrongly, we are juz friends at work. And he is an Indian who is going back to India prolly next year.

Don't know why every time when I mention a guy giving me prez or giving me a lift, people will always comment that they like me is it. ㅡㅡ" Seriously there aren't any friends relationship between a male and female on meh?

And me, so bad. I tried to cheat her that I know she didn't go to meet the manager coz the manager called to look for her. Guess what? She actually buys it. Lol! XD

That night, we actually planned to go Compass Point food court to eat the Korean cuisine. Yeah, on my birthday but I didn't think that's anything wrong with it. Eventually thought its juz her and me but end up another surprise was awaiting for me.

Guess who we saw halfway at Sengkang? Money's car! But end up it wasn't even a coincidence. ㅡㅡ"

Happened that both Mini and Money got the birthday cake from the same shop. And this time round it was a small cake, all of us have bad experience with large cake. Lol.

That night Mini sent me home and gave me my last prez. And coz we stayed till quite late, thus she had to spend her night in Singapore and cannot return back to Malaysia since its consider another new day if she cannot get back by 2am and she have to pay another amount for driving into Singapore.

This was the pillow I regretted for not buying coz it went out of stock but Mini got it for me. Till now she is still unwilling to tell me where she got all these Sentimental Circus products.

And this one and only Shappo bouquet was only part of the artwork and hard work of hers, thou it was supposedly a prezent from her brother. And those pink wrapper were chose by Mini herself knowing that I like pink. ^^

Guess this Shappo gonna be stucked in there forever.

Not to forget the big ang pow from my department colleagues where Mini "organize" and received quite a few of people who feedback that they wish to receive the same amount of love as me. Tsk! Pu-lease! Asking for something you don't deserve? Muggles! ㅡㅡ"""

Starting this post means officially announcing that I am.. ahem.. 25! Omo! 😱

Well, I don't actually think having a numeral increase in my age will make any difference but after seeing all these youthful kids from the dance school, I can't but have to admit that I am no longer categorized under "young"! Aigoo! This sounds sad!

Omo omo! I missed the Roly-Poly dance class! ㅜㅜ 어떻게요 ㅜㅜ

Seriously mad with myself. Why did I have to get myself into an accident and injured my knee? I lose my happy feet and have to miss my Girls Hip Hop class, Fiction class which ended I didn't get to do the choreo and video, J/K pop class and my new Girls Combo class! Boohoo!

Today I got to know from Yuzhen (my dance teacher from CJ) that she is currently doing Roly Poly instead of I am the Best! Sad. I so wanted to learn this dance can! ㅜㅜ

Unhappy Feet

Sometimes you'll be surprised how an unexpected mishap can caused a major change in your life. Sighed.

There had been quite a few events happening and affecting me recently. And sometimes it came to my mind that.. I am cursed! Yes, I know it sounds a bit ㅡㅡ".

It all happens when I agreed to return to my old department. Alright, and yea, I am now back to my old department, Distribution! ㅡㅡ" Who was the one who said "好馬不吃回頭草"? Aigoo!

And the return transfer was almost like with immediate effect! They officially talked to me on 25th and paa! I am back in Distribution the next day! Frankly speaking, Distribution had never been this efficient before. The next thing I know was, the account which I only left for 2 weeks was in a mess! ㅡㅡ"

Back to the topic.

1st day back to Distribution, not only I have to work late (thou I expected it), but.. I also met an accident!!!!!!! ㅜㅜ

So mad unlucky! But again, I was lucky that it wasn't consider a serious accident and I wasn't hit by the cars coming from the back! Thanks god!

There were 2 cars, a van (was told by my sister in the hospital) and a taxi, which hit the railing coz they were trying to avoid me. FTL! But I think the taxi turn to the railing coz he don't want to hit the van. I'm quite against him coz he kept snapping my pictures when I'm in such an agony wtf. Serve him right for crashing into the railing (but heng his passengers wasn't injured)! Meh!

And why do I think I'm cursed? Coz I thought my previous head from the department was not very happy that I chose to transfer back to my old department. Well, who would had been happy when it seems like someone had been toying with your feeling huh?

Anyway it juz came across my mind but I don't think its true lah. Nobody in their right sense will curse someone to get into an accident one right. Prolly it was just my karma! ㅜㅜ

If you asked me whether I still dare to ride after this, with no doubts I will tell you yes. But after this few days of being crippled, I realize I lose something which is important in my life. My happy feet, a pair of feet that dance. Now I don't know whether its worth it to ride anymore, who knows it might be something serious next time.

Sighed.

Happy 46th Birthday Singapore!

No. I am not going to blog about Singapore. Just thought I will wish Singapore despite the fact that she can't hear me, but I wanted to give my blessing to the country too. ^^

Anyway, I'm here today to blog about my transfer.

Got my transfer letter 2 weeks ago, after waiting for like almost a month? It sure takes quite some time to make something happens in the company I'm in. ㅡㅡ"

This time its not transferring within the same department anymore, I will be leaving Distribution (for good) and join the Customs & Compliance Team! And next Monday onwards, I will be starting afresh in my new position.

Seriously don't know whether I should end the above paragraph with a "woohoo" or a "boohoo". Now that the reason behind for why I requested for the transfer is no longer valid, I do not know whether its a right choice anymore. 智者千慮, 必有一失. ㅜㅜ

Nevertheless, its already confirm that I am transferring to another department. 正所謂, 好馬不吃回頭草. Let's just wish me luck to endeavour in my new position! 화이팅!

More Potter at Pottermore

Have not had enough of Harry Potter? Know what? More Potter at Pottermore is going to launch in October! Woohoo!

It seems like Pottermore is going to be an interactive website or e-book where users will be able to visit Diagon Alley, be sorted into houses, and learn spells! Totally cool right?

Last week, Pottermore started a Magical Quill Quest to grant some early access to people who can solve the clue and find the magical quill. It was on for 7 days and each day a clue from Book 1 to Book 7 will be released at different timing for the people to search for the quill. It was exciting and fun, I think. X)

Sad to say, I missed the Day 1 and Day 2 clues. Boohoo! ㅜㅜ Hajiman, I finally got it on Day 3! Woohoo!

Whee~ I am now one of the lucky few to shape the experience before the site opens to all in October!

Clue for Day 3 : In the Gryffindor versus Slytherin Quidditch match, in Harry's third year, how many points is Gryffindor leading by before Harry catches the Golden Snitch?

Frankly speaking, I didn't know the answer to this. But since Day 3 clue is from Book 3, I'm clever enough to bring my copy of Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban in my bag!

I was logging on to Pottermore on my iphone after parking my bike at the CP near my place on Wednesday and I finally saw the clue up on the website! Next minute, I am already frantically flipping through the book while walking home. The people seeing me must thought that I am mad. Lol.

The answer were easy to find thou coz I remember Gryffindor vs Slytherin was the final Quidditch match. All I have to do is find the right chapter. I got the answer right but entered the wrong web and almost thought I missed the early access again. End up I wasn't able to enter coz I am s'pose to replace "www" with "quill". ㅡㅡ"

Anyway I manage to get my name on the Magical Book (coz I'm magical) and got my user ID (which is totally not linked to Harry Potter) for Pottermore! Yippee! X)

Don't know why I used my real name. Kinda stupid thou. ㅡㅡ"

Were given 5 usernames to choose from. Seriously none of them is particularly nice. I spent quite some time pondering then decided to go with HeartDream102. Was tempted to choose YewKnight92 thou coz my surname is Yew, but I will probably prefer YewWitch which look and sound weird. Lol.

Thou I got user ID, I had been playing the quest for Day 4, 5 and 6 (Missed 7 coz I overslept). Not registering but getting the the answers and finding the magical quill is just fun and exciting! ^^"

Day 1 - Clue 1 : How many breeds of owl are featured on the Eeylops Owl Emporium in sign?

Day 2 - Clue 2 : What is the number of the chapter in which Professor McGonagall cancels the Quidditch match between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff?

Day 3 - Clue 3 : In the Gryffindor versus Slytherin Quidditch match, in Harry's third year, how many points is Gryffindor leading by before Harry catches the Golden Snitch?

Day 4 - Clue 4 : How many students take part in the Triwizard Tournament during Harry's fourth year? (Personally think this is the easiest clue of all)

Day 5 - Clue 5 : What is the house number of the Headquartes for The Order of the Phoenix in Grimmauld Place?

Day 6 - Clue 6 : How many chapters are there in HARRY POTTER and the Half-Blood Prince?

Day 7 - Final Clue : How many Deathly Hallows are there?
(Ahem, I guess this is as easy as Clue 4.)

Got the above clues from snitchseeker.com forum. If you read the books, you will be able to answer them easily. Some clues can be answered even if you only watch the movies. I think Pottermore had been really kind to release such easy clues! Lucky!

Now, I just have to anticipate for the welcome email for the early access to Pottermore. Bbyong~

Movie Marathon

First time in my life watching 2 movies continuously. Own-made marathon.

The first movie marathon I ever wanted to watch was Harry Potter, the 25hrs one which screen all 8 movies. Unfortunately it falls on a weekday and I couldn't apply for leave.

The 2nd movie marathon I wanted to watch was again Harry Potter. And this time it was, Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows Movie Marathon, which was screening on a Saturday! Sad to say, it clashes with my Fiction dance class which I do not want to miss! ㅜㅜ

Thus I slip the chance for giving my virgin movie marathon to Harry Potter! Boohoo!

Sorry I digress. This blog post was s'posely not about HP but the self-made movie marathon.

After knowing that Tom Felton will be acting in, The Rise of the Planet of the Apes, I knew I gonna watch it. In case you wonder who Tom Felton was, below is a picture of him.

He's Draco Malfoy from Harry Potter. You might know but since monkey couldn't recognize him, so I might as well mentioned it.

Anyway I like the movie. The story, the apes and Tom Felton. ^^"

Have you ever wonder how to differentiate a monkey and an ape? Monkey has a tail whereas an ape doesn't. And also, monkey always looks small and never grow, but ape does.

After watching this movie, I guess you will be able to identify an ape, a gorilla and an orang utan!

This is an ape. Its call Caesar and is the main ape role in the movie. Seriously I think it look like Monkey King, Son Wu-kong! Haha.

Gorilla is bigger in size than an ape. Notice its head look like an oval or bullet head shape? And the way the mouth it shapes made it looks like they have bulky teeth which are even worse than a horse!

Orang Utan looks more hairy, and has the funniest face ever! See for yourself below!

I think the gorilla and orang utan should totally be together! They will make a good couple.
(Why did I ever made this statement?)

Anyway, enough of the monkeys. I was quite afraid that I might turn to look like one if I continue to look through all the googled photos!

After watching the #RiseoftheApes, headed down to Plaza Singapura to catch, Captain America.

In Captain America, there was this badass role called Smith. His head is red, recognizable if you don't find the name familiar. When I saw Smith revealing his disgusting head, I turned around and told/ask monkey "Why are all badass having ugly nose?!"

If you are wondering who am I referring to..

Moral of the story. If you want a nice and good-looking nose, be good and don't turn bad! Lol.

Happy Feet

Had my last Girls Combo dance class today. Can't believe that 8 weeks had just ended in a fluster. I am gonna miss the class for sure! ㅜㅜ

Glad to say that I had now mastered the dance of 4 Minute's Mirror Mirror, Kahi's Come Back You Bad Person and Rania's Dr Feel Good. Woohoo~ Ahem, I mean learned partial of the dance steps. It really feels great to be able to dance to the music, like how the original singer does.

Been vetting through the dance videos which were recorded after the class of each MVs dance. Me, as usual, stiff and slow. Meh! But it was fun, dancing was fun and I didn't want to stop dancing!

Hajiman (but), I am not going to post the videos till one day when I think I am good enough to show. Meanwhile I will still continue to take up dance classes (either MV dance or techniques class) to improve myself. Hwaiting!

Cabbing

So much as I own a bike, it became a hassle whenever it comes to rainy days! 진짜囧! Not coz its dangerous (although it is), but coz I do not want to risk my bike for gaining more rust (thou its already rusty ㅡㅡ"). Thus, cabbing becomes my 2nd option for travelling to work on rainy days.

What's even worse on rainy days when you can't sleep longer? Late for work and YOU CAN'T GET A CAB! ㅜㅜ

Ever since the year start, I find it always so mad difficult to get through the cabs hotline especially during peak hours and rainy days! Not as if they are McCabs, why copy McRiders for being unavailable on rainy days or when they are having high demands?!

And I always ended up riding to work under da rain. ㅡㅡ"

But what puzzled me the most was.. why are there so many cabs on the road with the red light on their top showing "On Call"?

Since I have been hearing quite a few people commenting on the efficiency of the iphone cab booking, even so I do not own an iphone, thus I decided to try whether web booking is available. And guess what I found out? Sms booking is available for non-iphone users (ME!)!

Probably I already knew this long ago but never bother to try it. And thanks to my "bo chap", I realized I had been wasting so much time in calling cab and getting frustrated over it! ㅡㅡ"

Why? Coz sms booking only takes me 5mins to get a cab!! ㅜㅜ

And I dunch have to fear getting an impatient cab driver who left before picking you up (which I juz met one), coz juz another sms and you'll get another cab (which I'm sitting on right now). Mad fast lah!

Can't believe that its my last day of CNY break and I will be back to work tomorrow! This feeling is like saying bye to 2010. ㅠ-ㅠ Hmm, this sentence seems so weird when I already started work on 7th coz my teammate was down with fever! -__-"

Anyway, today I finally enrolled with Studio Wu to carry on with learning dance which I had stop like.. 8 years ago! o_O!!! Mad long! Lol. I think now I am so rusty that a simple wave would have made me look as stiff as a robot! Nevertheless I gonna work hard for it (hopefully)! Hwaiting! ^^"

I was doing housekeeping for my pictures folders earlier and realize there were lotsa albums pending for me to blog!! -__-" And me! Have been slacking the whole year and leaving them to rot and webbed! Thus! Now its time for some Christmas photos!! ^^"

Instead of CNY songs, not sure why but I am feeling more like to sing Jingle Bells now! Well, at least Christmas songs are more easy on the ear than those "dong dong chiang" songs. -___-"

Before CNY, I told Money that I wanted to find some CNY songs to blast in the warehouse, but end up I didn't and I even boycotted 93.3 coz it kept playing CNY songs! Mad irritating especially when you just started your day at work!

1st day of CNY is going to an end soon and this year I had a different new year. After 9 years of traveling back to my family house back in JB, this year I am spending my CNY in Singapore (again)!

This year we had reunion dinner without dad, not sure whether its even called a reunion dinner anymore. Since our family members seldom gather up or have a meal together, reunion dinner holds a special significance to me. But for some reason my mummy are not allowed to travel overseas, and dad had to do his prayers at 12am sharp on CNY day 1 (which he had been doing since I was young), therefore we didn't get to had our reunion dinner together! ㅠ--ㅠ

I miss yesterday (reunion) dinner thou. Coz mum cooked spicy asparagus which was extremely delicious, and also radish soup with lotus (both radish and lotus are my fave)! ^^" Comparing to having steamboat, this kind of 3 dish + 1 soup meal are preferred.

CNY eve was a hectic one for me. Had to get annoyed by UPS for being 1½ hours late (I scheduled for collection at 12pm) and caused us to knock off only at 1.30pm (was s'pose to knock off at 12.30pm)! -__-" And when I got home, not only have to do some last minute grocery shopping to get what my mum missed out during her morning trip, but also to rush around to shop for electronics! Mad tiring day, but now I have 6 days to rest at home! Woohoo~

Anyway, I bought my brother a computer for his 21st birthday and I think its the first present I got him ever since I started working or even earlier than that. Saying that it is a computer, it looks much more like a transformer to me. ^^"

It cost about the same price as my desktop, but I spent the amount on mine for appearance and he got his for the specs! Zzz. And I think guys like Transformer, so it means my brother got a computer with both appearance and specs! FML! Now we can tell what girls (at least for me) look for in gadgets! ㅜ--ㅜ

Enough for today and I'm gonna go find some nibbles and complete the B2ST Almighty series!

There is only 2 attractions at the Ancient Egypt zone, 1 is the indoor roller coaster "Revenge of the Mummy", the other is the "Treasure Hunters" ride which we had skipped coz its consider a kids' ride.

You will be entering the Sci-Fi City but since the legendary red and blue roller coaster is down, there is no anxiety at all.

Other than the 2 roller coasters ride, there is only 1 "Accelerator" left for the Sci-Fi zone. A bored one thou, just like spinning tea-pot. Dizzy~~~

We waited for around 10-15mins and the ride assistant told us that it might not be fixed and so we left. But when we pass by the entrance, the ride assistant told us that the ride was fixed! - -"

Sick and tired to walk the long stretch of dungeon to get to ride, we gave up the thought of having a second ride. X(

2NE1 not the popular Korean girl group, but the acronym for 21! And yes, Happy 21st birthday to ME!! (I know its my 24th birthday this year. But shhh! I shall always be 21 years old from now on! Muahaha!)

Well, I know my birthday is tomorrow, but I had been celebrating my birthday on either 15th or 17th for the past few years! Hmm, this actually meant that all 15th, 17th and 18th October is my birthday! I have 3 + 1 (lunar) birthdaysss! Whee~ ^^"

Frankly speaking, I am not a person who enjoys celebration much. Maybe coz I am used to not having anyone celebrate for me during the period when I hide in Malaysia. And to me, a perfect celebration will be celebrating with people I love and a small cake to go along.

But 15.10.2010 is a day which I had the happiest birthday celebration in my 20 years 362 days life! Happy coz I am blessed with friends who are willing to plan surprises for me. ^^~

Seriously I had never been planned for a surprise celebration. Thou it was just a pre-celebration, but it really filled half of my days with full of surprises! (Juz half a day coz the rest of our afternoon was ruined by customers! Meh!) And I'm really thankful to Mini and Money for all these.

I can still remember that Money keep reminding me not to be late the day before coz he has training. I even confirmed with him again on this coz he usually writes his training on his calendar, but he told me nothing can be written on 15th coz its his wife birthday. Being a loved-wife man, I buy his words.

See! No training written on 15th!

Not only so, but Mini also offered to wake me up! There were lotsa doubts lah! But thinking that this is all coz we gonna make 15th smooth for Money to knock off on time to celebrate his wife's brithday, therefore I did suspect nothing. ㅠㅠ

And so I wasn't late that morning. Erm, I mean I was late but not that late. Lol. Anyway, that morning Money still chase me off to attend the roll call, and I was like, "You are also s'pose to go for your training now lor! -_____-". But again, I head off to the roll call with no doubts.

After the roll call, Jane was on the phone and asked all CS to remain behind coz our Asst CS Manager have something to say. Thinking that it was juz another changes again, I eventually cracked up with a few excuses trying to make a move first, but failed.

Was reading my twitter when Jane suddenly came from warehouse side and told us that ACSM is here and thus we followed her to the warehouse. And guess who I saw?

I saw Mini with a man in black whom I recognize only after a few glances was Money, standing infront of her with his back facing us.

That moment, I had not yet realize what's happening and thought it was really something serious that Money had to withdraw from his training to be here. Until when Money turn around with a cake on his hand, then I realized what's going on!

Funny thing was..

When I was heading to the car to meet Mini and Money, I saw Mini running out of the office with a big white plastic bag to the car! On my way, I met Jason whom asked whether its my birthday today and I told him no (coz my birthday is still days away). Guess what? He got curious and revealed that Mini was carrying a big big present! LOL.

And so we went to Express Teppan-Yaki (Not Fish & Co! Phew~) for lunch. And I had my fave scallop, bean-sprout and veggies for lunchie! ^^~

Meanwhile a 2nd surprise awaits me!

We went to Bakerzín after lunch to collect birthday cake for Money's wife but who knows there's also a tiramisu cake waiting for me too!
